Hi, got this machine km c353 that drains new magenta in the waste tank as it attempt's to load it .

check hv contacts or replace hv. these machines are not know for pulling i/u dry

If it's emptying the toner when it's trying to get the TCR level up it sounds like a duff IU to me, seen this a few times.
