C280 error C3101

Hi All
I have a C280 throwing a C3101 code
machine starts up ok as it comes to ready it throws the code
ive fitted a different fuser but still errors
checked PS32 and PS38 and M11 function correctly
anyone had this error can shed some light

check the fuser seperation motor that is the code

C280.jpgit turned out to be a trapped wire
The rear toner bottle holder had trapped a wire against the main frame
yellow wire was from PS32
