Hi guys
One of the techs i work with has a new C558 giving a Cf06 code.
At first it was intermittend but yeterday code stuck and he couldnt clear the code.
Today he went back with firmware but now the machine doesnt go past the 2 fins. He tried loading firmware but wont go past the fins,also tried booting up into service mode but no joy.
Im going to check on monday but just wanted to see if anyone has any suggestions as the service manual isnt really any help,manual says replace MFP and thats all.
