[Misc] Removing fax kit for bizhub 364e

I need to remove a fk-511 fax module from one machine and install it in another. Does anyone know the procedure for removing the kit? I know to install the kit it needs to be initialized in service mode. I cannot find any procedure for de-initializing. Any ideas are appreciated.

just go in service mod and turn it off the same was you would turn it on. just unset fax. turnoff then on and your done

I thought of that too but when I go to fax -> initialization there is only a "yes" button.
