We have a biz 423 where tray 1 is giving problems.Tray 2 and bypass work fine,so eliminating everything apart from tray 1 transport.Replaced this with new unit still unreliable refurbed trans fer unit changed tray and fuser still no joy.Anyone else had the same problem,running out of ideas.Thanks for any replies.

does the feed unit have the extra sensor the slower models dont? its supposed to.
one of our guys swapped tray 1 feed unit with one from a 363 and got constant jams.
turns out the 423 has an extra paper timing sensor the others dont.
who knew? LOLWe know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
