The problem isn't getting the coinop to communicate. I've figured that part out. There are two Billing Setting modes that seem to work: Key Counter/IF Vendor and Vendor 2. There are a couple little annoyances though.
If I select Vendor 2, when the enduser deposits coins the machine pops up with a login screen, requiring the 16 digit Admin password. This isn't terribly convenient for the endusers, who have a hard enough time finding the Start key (Enduser: Why is it blue? The old Toshiba had a green one. Me: ***shrug***).
If I select Key Counter/IF Vendor, when the enduser deposits coins it comes straight to ready, but Auto Paper Selection is disabled. The button is gone. The machine identifies if the original orientation doesn't match, but still copies onto the wrong paper. It defaults to whatever is in tray #1. The enduser can select a different paper tray, but we're back to the enduser having to use their brain. It probably isn't going to happen.
Question #1: Can I make the password screen disappear?
or Question 2): Can I get APS back?
Either one is fine.
Extensive manual searching hasn't turned up much. =^..^=
