It seems our k imaging unit was erroneously taken out/ not replaced, and put back in after being "cleaned up" . Now it prints about a third of the page - on the bottom- while the top half either has nothing at all or has a line or two of faded print at best. Even now after the "clean up",there seems to be toner accumulating outside the roller as if it is being pushed out and over the side by the roller. Is there any way to get it printing the whole page as intended by re-cleaning or ?. It shows about 12% left before needing replacement and would like to use that up before doing so. At this point, any direction is better than where we are at this moment. Thanks, swamped in Az.
