hi,
i have replaced IMCB in my clinet machine to recover C4701,the machine was working good for few days but again the machine shows the same error C4701.any suggestion to locate the problem.

going to guess on model maybe bh 500/420/421/501. replace the laser assy or try cleaning the laser motor they one drop of lube. its an start of scan sensor code from the laser. could be sos sensor but useally motor stopped turning. if its a c8000 update firmware and check memory modules

The model is C6501 and the problem is still not rectefied!
