Hello, I am having an issue with one of our Konica BizHub 423. When trying to scan to an SMB share on a Win2k8 server, it comes up with the error "Server disk is full". I have checked the share, and everything seems to be fine, since there is plenty of space available. I am at a bit of a loss here since I have tried just about everything I can think of to get this scanner working again. There have been no change since the last time it worked that I could find.
Here is what I have tried:
-Made sure that the server has enough space
-Checked that the connection isn't being blocked by our firewall
-Checked the settings for any changes
-Checked the server for any changes or updates recently
-Made sure it wasn't being halted by a disk quota
- Restarted the server
- Restarted the copier
- Reset the copier settings to default
- Made sure the copier could actually reach the server and vice versa
Any help would be greatly appreciated
