[Error Code] Konica Minolta C284

Hello Again

This machine works fine for about 500 pages then it wont print the complete document, hangs, and needs to be rebooted. This is a continuing cycle and in the Machine Management List the error code is E301. It has firmware A1610Y0-F000-G20-70 which was supposed to fix a similar problem but now this has popped up.
Any suggestions.............

make sure spool to HDD is on under printer settings: basic settings.
check HDD vacant space
backup all to flash drive and do a logical format. then restore settings, check vacant space again.
it shouldnt bail out like that.
did you watch the memory%? when it happens?
does it have the EK extra ram?

That's some old firmware. Try the latest base firmware (A1610Y0-F000-G20-72). It resolves 14 separate issues of the E301 code.

I had something very similar recently with logged E301/machine hanging up. On our suppliers suggestion we replaced the firmware first,then Hdd, then the ram. This didn't work,it seemed to me it was something print/network related.
Next I updated the drivers, and finally reset network card/changed the i.p address of the machine. It seems to be fine now so far so good.
I would suggest to you to do the reverse of what I did.
