Interesting issue seen with three copiers at three different locations for large real estate office.
Sometimes only the Macs using latest driver can only print b/w even when color is selected.
They were upgraded from E series.
The windows machines are not affected.
Me and another tech went to two different locations at the same time and found that it also occurs when printing from usb flash drive. If copier is rebooted to seems to go away for awhile.
Account track is being used by all devices.
We both upgraded firmware from. G00-21 to G00-G8. So far after update haven't seen it occur yet. Gonna let them use it.
