    C203 code C-D00F

    I know this is a hdd code according to service manual. account is far away so I helped customer over the phone do a logical & physical format. Did not help code is still there.

    I was going out there next week but was wondering if I can have them disable hdd so they can use it. I'm pretty sure the hdd is used mostly for scanning. they just need to copy & print until I get out there.

      Yes you are good with that. If you can fix that remotely to get them to work.

          Looking in manual I don't see anywhere in admin or service modes to disable hdd? I have seen it on the B&W models but wasn't sure if the color machines allow you to run machine without a hdd?
