Can't print Thick 4 in C452 , Why?

in some C452 machines can't print on Thick 4

when i chose the right type of paper ,i can't print on thick paper 1, thick paper +1, thick paper 2,thick paper 3,thick paper 4.
but when i chose for exemple Paper ordinary and even if i put a thick paper 2 in the machine it's printing ,

i had this problem with a C451 and i resolve the problem by changing a small card in the machine and its working ,

If the bypass(manual tray) works hard the plastic guide that forces the curve gets worn out.
Scraping it flat with a blade works or just replace the entire gray plastic piece.

These machines are bad at thick stock.

When you say "can't print" what exactly do you mean, the machine jams? or you get a "load correct paper type" message?

thx for interesting ,

that means it's given a jam with code 10-02

even if i use correct paper with the correct weight and size doesn't work .

i guess isn't about mechanical problem ;

i have the same problem once but only with the tick 4 and i resolve by changing the (EEPROM board ) but now doesn't work
