first page wrinkled from FS-534 attached to bizhub754e

    Good Afternoon Gents,
I have bizhub 754e, with a FS-534 finisher connected to it. When a make a copy job of 1 or many, with the staple option selected either in the corner or on the side, with several documents in the stack, it (tears and or wrinkles the first page of the copied stack), then the subsequent jobs come out okay, and is intermittent at best. The wrinkle/tear occurs towards the back of the finisher, (top of the document in the portrait orientation) , and I can hear the page coming through, having trouble, and wrinkling. I removed all the covers/door and cheated the door, to run it to observe the issue happen, but no such luck. Anyone ever encounter this issue in the field?

Thank you for your time, participation, ideas, input, and have a great Christmas, Festivus, Hannakuh, Kwanza, etc.

    Something like this?:

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
