[Misc] BH C280 registration and edge erase questions

I have a bizhub c280 that has a 6mm void on the trail edge and about 3mm on the top and bottom. I have tried making the adjustments in the administrator, expert, start position adjust. I got the lead edge adjusted but still have the deletion on the trail edge and on the sides. Can someone tell me the simulation to adjust this? PLEASE

there should be a 3-4mm void around the whole image, this is normal and prevents sticking to the fuser roller.
print a halftone test pattern in svc mode to see the voids better. that will show the max area it can print to.
full bleed is out of the question.

Start with centering the paper trays.
Then do print area adjustment in service mode.
last do the scan area adjustment.

sorry I'm not sure where that adjustment is in the service mode I know how to get into the tec rep mode but not sure which sub menu has that adjustment.
