Went to remove a LK105v4 licence on a Biz C308 yesterday, it removed fine, but wouldn't scan as it was looking for OCR dictionary, redid FW, still wouldn't scan, re installed licence, still wouldn't scan as looking for OCR dictionary, tried to install OCR dictionary, but would only download as a "bin" file and not a "tar" file....managed to download it as a "tar" file in my office, going back today to try & load it....any other ideas...

Been back & installed the OCR dictionary as a "tar" file, and the scanning is working again, still don't understand why it was looking for OCR dictionary when searchable PDF was removed...Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away... -

I have the same problem with a Bizhub C364.
It keeps displaying the message: "OCR Dictionary not found. Contact your Service Representative"
Do you know were I can get the .tar file from?
I have the one with the movie data, but not the OCR Dictionary
