Plese hepl my,i have C6500,after code error J3201 i recive code eror C2720..mesage contact service,the C6500 pawer off.I lost al info on print contor..that happens when catch paperboard in C6500..

High voltage unit/2 (HV/2) Second transfer roller When the second transfer was ON, second transfer abnormality detection signal was continuously detected for the specified time.

check the HV wire from the back of the xfer roller assy.
put a strip of black electrical tape over the guide plate on top of the factory one.
make sure the ground spring clip contacts the front of the roller well.

if that didn't solve your code, replace the power block on the transfer assy.. A1DUR73300.

Yes,magenta drum,I change magenta drum with cyan..than cyan have problems with blue line but in left side..on magenta the same drum make magenta line in left side :-)

I found in the field, another technician changed the 2nd transfer electric poles with discharge guide in the bottom of the ADU, under the 2nd transfer.


After correcting the error, defect is over.

I have this problem only when using drawer 5..big ..a technician says it's a firmware problem. wen i use paper drawer 1-2-3 and i have paper jam..everything clean and start ok..than wan i have paper jam on drawer 4-5 after i clean all,i become this error cod C2720.I want to try to do firmware updates..if you have other suggestions.

Any news on this error? I got C6000 and I am constantly getting c2720. I checked and cleaned the roller but nothing. Getting magenta lines on the roller so changed drum but still everything as it was...

lol - just gave my last try, changed the roller and everything goes xD
