    Bizhub C 220 tracking

Hi everyone, it's been a long time since I have been on here. I am havening a problem on a customers machine. Using stamps dot com from the post office, they don't fuse very well and track. It is a new fuser and I tried changing the settings to thick 3 at both the machine and the computer. I was wondering if the program from the post office overrides the print driver settings? There is no way that I see to change the settings on the post office program.
    Thanks for any help.
    It is a C 220.

    Thanks

It might be pertinent to know what type of media you're using.

    Presumably heavy envelopes? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The media is the labels you get from stamps.com.
