    BH C 3850FS with odd Engine firmware

    Has anyone come across this version of engine firmware : A72R0Y00050G000300

    I am trying to update it with A3GN-0Y0-0050-G-00-2100 and getting C-164 (obviously wrong engine firmware) .

    any hints?
    .OK Google! ... will I need Berrocca this morning?

      If I remember correctly the firmware is specific to which accessories are installed. For example if you have the optional paper tray, the machine will require different firmware than the same machine without the optional tray. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          I can load any controller firmware the likes of A3GN30G0XXX-899 OR W99. But engine is a problem.

              The firmware that you're trying to install is for a non-FS model. You need โ€‹A72R-0Y0-0050-G-00-0800 .neVe-080
