There is likely paper stuck behind the tray.

Dont have any stuck paper. I checked all sensor and first paper tray motor also all ok
main problem 1St paper tray not show on pannel
2 To 4 Paper tray show on pannel and its working better

Then go into service mode and un-isolate the paper tray.

Also you can remove the paper from the tray and do an "error reset". As long as there is no paper stuck behind the tray, you should be good to go...

Follow theese steps:
1.Utility
2.Check details
3.SERVICE MODE: stop >0>0>stop>0>1
4.System
5.Trouble Isolation
6.Tray1 Set to unset
Thats all!
