BH350 firmware

Hi all
I'm having a problem with a BH350 that is asking for firmware "load paper in drawer". If anyone still has this firmware I would appreciate it.

So the white lever on feed section is not broken?

Yes I have replaced the whole feed unit. It will run 2 or 3 copies then say replace paper.

Ahhhh, What color is the plastic latch that is supposed to hold the tray closed? White? There was a mod put out because the tray could actually come out a hair and cause this. also the
tray could crack at the spot that the same holder is supposed to hold.

I Have installed all the modes and updates except for the firmware. I have also held the drawer into position and had the problem happen.

wewll firmware wont fix that problem. you may have a bad sensor. if you put the new lock on make sre the tray is not cracked where it latches

Try taking the registration clutch off and spray some IPA down the white plastic gear/cup open edge and spin it a bunch to dry.....then test.

What is the total counter at ?
