[Error Code] FA14 in bizhub c308

I have the error code FA14 in one bizhub c308 ! There is some firmeware to do !??

yes there are bulletins on this. could also be a few other things

As a minimum you will need to update the sata firmware and then update to the latest version of firmware.
If that doesn't work then you will need to use the recovery firmware, following the tech bulletins to the letter, and then update everything.
If that doesn't work it's likely the mfp will need to be replaced.
That normally fixes it.
