BH350 Fax Setting from e-mail to G3

I have 2 BH350 copiers at clients. The default setting for fax is at email. I need to change it to Fax-G3 but it does not stay as default and client have to change settings every time.
Your advise will be helpful please.

IIRC its a setting in Admin mode.

Thanks for the reply. I did try for quite long. went into Admin mode as well but could not find. If you please kindly share a bit more about the settings in Admin. Much appreciated.

1. Touch the Utility/Counter-key.
2. Touch the Admin. Management-key.
3. Input the the Administrator code (12345678).
4. Select the Admin.1 key.
5. Select the TX Setting key.
6. Select the Quality/Mode key.
7. Select the Communication Mode key.
8. Select the FAX Key and G3
