[Misc] Konica menolta bizhub 652 printing parallel lines

sir
i have trouble with my konica menolta bizhub 652
my machine is printing parallel lines (when direct prints job is processed)
i previously installed the firmware and refreshed the installed data and i cleared the nvrom.

test page is normal
print from pc is normal
scan to PC is normal
Scan to box is normal
print from box also printing parallel lines.


sir is this is license issue or any other configuration issue
kindly help me?

If this is a color machine and the lines showed up after clearing NVRAM, you need to follow the setup instructions as if it was a new machine.

color mode:
only color + full color mode is printing that (paralell)lines

black mode cant print that lines.

That's the lines.

Follow setup procedure and the lines will go away.

I don't have the procedure memorized, but it's mostly :

set time and date,
adj touch screen (if available)
set serial numbers,
set unit replacement,
gradation adjust

getting it right is important.
