    Konica minolta LCC LU-301

    Biz C454 recognizes the LU-301 but paper won't lift. Nothing moves. Checked all connectors & interlocks. Since there isn't much to these I suspect the board is bad? It had been working fine then this happened.

    Any other ideas appreciated.

      Tried a different LU-301 and now the display shows jam when powered up (see pic) and won't reset. Put the original LU back on and same jam message. Disconnect the LU's and everything is fine, including feeding from base LCC (PC-410). Weird both LU's are doing same thing, not allowing jam to reset?
