Bizhub 223 line from platen glass

Client uses feeder all looks good. Lay a page on the glass and a faint line appears about 1/4 inch in on page. Registration issue do you think? He is about 50 miles away so want to be prepared as much as possible.

My guess would be the white board might have come loose or moved. Has happened a few times with a few customers. I'd take some velcro squares incase

maybe dirt on the optical mirrors?
