[Error Code] C35 VCare Code

We have a C35 that is hooked up through vCare and every Monday we come in to a Service Call on this machine, but when we get onsite they say that they have had no problems with the machine. The code that vCare is giving is C-9401. Any help at all would be wonderful. Thank you.

Scanner Calibration Issue. The plastic chassis above scanner is warped and or the lamp shading is not correct. It will come and re-do calibration but it will not always show the code on the screen. It will occassionally. Someone may powercycle and code goes away. There will be time when it wont go away and scanner replacement will be required.

Is it all yellow when you take the scanner cover off..near the calibration strip?

did you look in the history at all?

History for the machine is clean. Just regular problems like image unit and a fuser code.
