HI DEAR

MY KONICA MENOLTA BIZHUB DCOLOR 652 CANTS SHOWING THEIR ADF ADJUSTMENTS ,
AFTER NVRAM REFRESH IT REQUIRED THE ADF ADJUSTMENT BUT ADJUSTMENTS MENU IS UNAVAILABLE , kindly guide me ?

ADF is working , only adjustments menu is unavailable in both service and administrator menu/

Try to change the FW,
Check the connector on the ADF.

it it a Bizhub C652?
there are 33 base FW versions and 200 special.
what ver do you have now?

if you print out a network config page, what model does it show? the "C652" controller or "generic"?

Ok well thats an issue there.
There is a bit switch or 2 to change when you did the nvram clear for some unknown reason.

Solution
CAUSE: Incorrect settings.

SOLUTION: To change the Configuration Page header to Konica Minolta bizhub, please perform the following:
1. Access the Service Mode.
2. Select System 2.
3. Select Software Switch Setting.
4. Enter Switch No. "10".
5. Bin Assignment "00000000".
6. Hex Assignment "02".
7. Click on Fix.
8. Click on End.
9. Power the MFP OFF/ON.

also
switch 25 has to be set to whatever it was before the nvram clear.

then check system 1 marketing area and also make sure in system 2 the HDD shows as installed.

after that machine changed their bootup screen to konica menolta and lines issue is still their

what lines issue? we were discussing the unavailable ADF adjustments.

try following the initial setup to detail and exact order.
you will need 11x17 (A3) paper for the many gradations.
serial numbers, time etc...
just follow it from start to finish.

we were discussing adf adjustments
after that switch adf adjustments are also unavailable
hdd is instaled
gradation and serial number time and date setting is done
i think only adf setting is incomplete

try service mode system initialization system ERROR clear hit start then reboot when indicated.
see if that helps.
