I have a Konica Minolta 210. When the paper pass second time(manual duplex) the image is very light.
In the single pass image is ok.

Maybe is paper have huidity very high!!!

I try several type of paper and the result is the same. Whenthe paper pass through the copier the image on the second side always is very light.
Ireplaced the entire right cover with transfer roller but problem stillstay.

When the paper is coming on the second side, did you hear the sound of the HV from the Charging Corona?

Reshape the 2nd transfer contact spring leaf in the correct position.
