[Misc] Bizhub C6500 - Touch Screen Out of Wack

The touch screen on my C6500 has suddenly gone wacky!
The image on the screen and the functionality seems to have shifted somewhat so I have to guess approximately where on the screen to getteh desired action.
Has anyone had this happen and how to get it back to normal?
Thanks for any and all replies!

Did you get any success calibrating the touchscreen?

utility, touch screen adjustment. its right there.
        follow the prompts.

you can also reseat the 2 connectors into the board in the back top of the copier.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
        The medication helps though...
