light copies and prints

I have a biz hub c351 that has light copies and prints. it will not run autogradiation. It gives a p6,7,8,and 9. We changed all imaging units and the transfer unit. I also cleaned the led strips and the idc sensors. any help would be appreciated. We are not a dealer any more.

under transfer adj its set to users choice, no gradation screen will show up. turn back to normal. also have seen one of the boards in the pull out set cause blank gradation sheets.
