    [Misc] Biz 363 fax report settings some greyed out

    I have a bizhub 363 with a HDD installed per configuration report. I did logical format on it and re-installed animation. I am looking to turn on MDN messages, DSN messages & Print E-mail Message Body but these are greyed out in my machine. According to the network administrator manual these should only be greyed out if you don't have a HDD installed. Am I missing something?

      does it show as installed in service mode?
      does it show freespace/used space in HDD check?
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...
