Hello, please i need help with my bizhub 421. Actually it always shows a system error code C2202, I tried to fix the problem by changing the motor M1 and the drum kit and also the developer kit but it still didn't work and the error code often shows up. Please if it had happened to anyone of you help me to fix it. Thanks in advance.

Check the brown felt seals (4) at the ends of the drum. If not careful they will peel loose, roll up and bind the drum.Comment

I changed the entire kit but it still didn't work so i made some research and people told me that the cause may be in the drum motor M1 printer control board (PRCB). Could i adapt the motor speed from the machine itself?

Look for motor with same part #... and swap the 2 for testing.Comment
