Excuse me, is lower belt fusing its been replaced?
Maybe I've seen the same problems before..
The fusing lower belt was already saggy at the front and rear section,
I tried to replace the part and the problem gone.

In addition to lower fusing belt, which parts has been replaced?
Upper roller and outside heater, already?
maybe you have to replace the main fusing unit with the new one and
elimination one by one where is the problem maker.
I'm also still learning, just wanted to share a little, might help.
