I have a copier that I installed brand new. When I went to install new image unit chips to get more life out of the units, I found out that it didn't have chips in the color units. Has anyone seen this.

yeah c452 it has the chip it is located on top of the unit near outside end the chip has two very small screw

factory installed units do not have chips, counters are reset on line. save some old units for the wiring.
