Bizhub C227 scew adjustment

Hi!

I have some issues with the Bizhub C227.
The customer complaining about scew copies and scan from the document feeder.

I have tried the automatic feed adjustment, and adjusted the screw on the right hinge, but it doesn't help.
I have adjusted the scanner scew, so the copy from the glassplate is perfect.

Does any other of you have the same problem with this machine.

Have you tried the height screws? Chances are one side of DF is higher than the other

Yes, I have tried to adjust the hight on the left hinge.
Even when I try to adjust the scew max in both direction, it won't help any.

did you use the chart for the df skew adjustment.

Yes, I used the Test Chart and the Installation manual.
