[Misc] Konica Minolta BizHub C3350 - Reset Administrator Password

I've entered the administrator password incorrectly 3 times. I need to reset it. I am able to enter service mode by:

"1. Enter Service mode by pressing the Utility key then the Details button followed by pressing stop 0, 0, stop 0, 1."

The step which doesn't work for me is:

But there is a further key sequence to enter Security Service Mode to reset the administrator password. I believe its:

"Press stop, 0 then Clear to access the Admin Security Mode."

This step doesn't work for me. Does "Clear" mean "C" on keypad??

Please advise. I have to a massive document to scan and upload for deadline before Monday. I would be indebted for assistance.

no need to reset, just reboot.

Reset copier. Try logging into pagescope webconnection as an administrator. If you get that far perform an initialization.

The way of the CE Password access lock release was changed as follows:

1. [MENU]
2. [COUNTER]
3. [KEYPAD]
4. Stop => 0 => 9 => 3 => 1 =>7
a) Do nothing else at this time.5. Leave the machine alone for 5 minutes or more.
6. After 5 minutes, the access lock will be released.

*It is not necessary to turn the Power Switch OFF/ON.*
