I have a Konica Minolta Bhc7000, the same gets ready, but when making several impressions gives the message "wait a little, the machine is heating up". And so it stays all the time and it does not give fault code, I'm a Venezuelan technician, thank you very much s help, Regards

most likey its the upper fuser lamp causing that problem. you might want to try to clean the thermistors also.

You can probably do a couple of things.

Try to remove all finishers and see if you get the same issue.
Also try changing software sw settings in the service mode
      19-1 to 1
      19-2 to 1
      19-3 to 0

Hope this helps, I had the same issues and this solved it on our end but there are many different "Please wait signs".

      Good luck

Replace, fuser lamps, thermistors, fuser band, and still the fault

warm up is not just heat, its also self calibrating. clean your ITB/Reg sensors. make sure the belt isnt wrinkled or wavey.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
          The medication helps though...

            I had two cases.

The warming up was continued on the C6501.
It is under the fusing unit.
            65AA 5365 1 - FIXING LIMITER

In the C7000, the PHOTO SENSOR was replaced at the bottom left of the fusing unit gear assembly.

            08AA 8551 2 PHOTO SENSOR
            A50U M555 00 PHOTO SENSOR

You can order any of the sensors above and replace them.
