[CQ] C6501 Cyan Drum Keeps failing at 80% range...

second PM Cycle where the Cyan drum fails early... Machine has 5M on it, but has a ton of replaced parts....

Any suggestions, I am not sure where to start....

I normally can let the DU-104s go till 120% PLUS before quality issues start....

    thanks,

are you sure there is no dust under the developer unit's doctor blade?
also how i solved a problem with magenta drum that kept on failing long before 80% was by replacing hv detecting sensor and there were few leds not working right so i just replace all process unit. 2m prints later and still working fine.

Dust would make lines the other direction...

100% FAILED DRUM, just replaced and back to 100%.... failed at 82% last one failed at 85% or so.... Used to go to 150 without issue...

Watching it like a hawk now...

How do i test HV assembly? How do i test LEDs?

        Is there a test pattern?
