Can anyone explain how can I get rid of this message and get machine as close to stock as possible

Machine comes with some kind of card reader

You must format the HDD.
No thats not right.
You need to disable it in admin

Hi You need to disable the authentication in service mode.

I can only suggest to get a firmware with service manual from a guy who sell these here on copytechnet and that way you'll have your machine up to date software wise plus you will have the knowledge on how to fix your machine. If you ask nicely he may even give you a good deal to update firmware for both machines.

Or call local Konica engineer.
