Bizhub 42 Scan to e-mail problem

I ran into two Bizhub 42 from off-lease machines.
- Scan to e-mail shown "No network setting" message error.
- Able scan to folder.
- Able send counter notification to an e-mail address in admin mode.
Two machines updated to later firmwares (controller, scan, engine from mykonicaminolta.com)
Any idea?

what mail server are you trying to use. smtp.gmail.com?

Yes, gmail smtp server with ssl, but I am able to send counter email notification to myself in administrator mode.

Yes, It works now when I change it to gmx smtp mail server.
