Konica C224 error C0206 & C0208

Hi all

I have the C0206 & C0208 when connecting the PC-410 (twin cassette) option.

Not sure if the additional trays have ever worked but wanted to see if I needed to enable somewhere in service mode?

PS No paper is behind the trays

Was the fixing brackets there?
Could be a broken harness or connector.

I've had that. Turned out the 2 connectors need to be "clicked in"
You can hear an audible click when the connectors are all the way in. Look for bent pins and lastly I've seen the wrong model LCC being sold or attempted install.

I just tried an A4 LCT and now the errors has gone however when I put paper in the LCT, the LED on the front goes out but the paper does not lift. If I choose tray 3 from the copy screen, I get the message 'Set correct paper size for tray 3'.........

You have to put it in Service Mode System2.....LCT paper size setting
