    C35+ missing imaging unit message.

    Hi,

    Got a c35 that keeps displaying 'imaging unit missing' and shows all colours. Iv rechipped the drums to see if it clears but no joy.
    Replaced toners and nothing.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Machine has done 90k

      This can be an issue with the toner/image unit metal contacts, sometimes if they are dirty or bent, causing a poor connection they can throw up an error for all IUs.

      I'm not guaranteeing this is the issue though.

          For starters press the yellow triangle symbol to determine which color imaging unit that you need to investigate. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              I had the same issue with 3 x same models. I replaced all image units and was still the same. After firmware upgrade all was good.

                  Displayed all units. Solved. Was the magenta image chip. Replaced from a working machine and all OK.
