Konica minolta bizhub c353 error c2556

My problem is the following display says C2556 I enter service mode and I saw level history tcr ratio yellow ,black,magenta and cyan are 0% what can I do to solve it? Thanks in advance

Calibrate
Image Adjustments》Gradation Adjust》Stabiliser 》 repeat each mode 3x (printout and scan it on glass).

you have to hit start, it prints a 4 color page and THEN gives a live reading.

do you see a good brush (DV particles standing on end) on the mag rollers?
is the toner path clear? can you boot in safe mode and run manual toner add?
could just be a bad ATDC sensor on the IU.

Thanks, brush and path toner are good,there are toner in cartridge, but I can not add toner in service mode,start buttom lights red,I See call service and yellow, magenta,cyan and black have several error codes, maybe can be a electronic card. How can I reset this code?
