    [Error Code] C-0211 on C458

Hey guys ive been struggling with this code 2 months its happened 2 separate machines. Both machines are fairly new under 50,000 copies.
Latest firmware that I know currently. Code will point to the bypass tray and possibly either a sensor or motor but Ive narrowed it down to paper feed drive assembly. Which because of the newer series of equipment is tough find (back ordered). I was really wondering how many if any have had success with this code replacing the paper feed drive assembly? Or any other fixes? Is this a problem Konica needs to get pro active about?

Did you find a fix for the 0211 code?
I have a 658 with the same issue.

You normally lose tray 2 and bypass when the drive unit fails.

There is is a one way gear on the unit which is common to both trays.

It it starts to slip and cause all sorts of jamming issues.

Its quite a simple job to replace the assembly (if you can get one), or you could try stripping it down and cleaning out the gear.

Dude, this thread is 3 years old.
By now I hope someone removed the paper from behind the tray and lived their life to the fullest.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
            The medication helps though...

BUT, you posted almost exactly THREE YEARS AGO that all you have to do is hold the door shut for your solution to this issue. Why not just do that or does that not actually work?
