Konica Bizhub c353 black imaging unit trouble

I replaced the black IU about 2 weeks ago and got a callback for dark prints. I got there and it had dumped dev on the opc, I cleaned up the IU and am left with this crosshatch effect on prints I was going to just top up the dev or change the IU but I don't want it throwing it's dev again. Anyone got any idea why these machines would do this?

Was the Image unit "Genuine" K/M & "new" ?

That effect is something with the voltage, either charge grid or HVPS board. Maybe the connector for the black IU?

Only time I have seen this or similar is when I tried to rebuild the image units. I've had "some" success with replacing just the drum & blade with aftermarket, but when trying to rebuild the units with aftermarket developer it has never worked for me!
