Konica Minolta Hole Punch

Hello

I am normally a Toshiba tech. We have a customer that I am trying to install a hole punch in the finisher. I have a memory of having to go into tech mode and telling the machine the hole punch is there. When I went into the tech mode on this machine a Konica Minolta Bizhub Pro 951 I do not see anything to set. Am I missing something? Any help is greatly appreciated.

service mode, finisher adjustment, hole punch adjustment.
if its still greyed out check your wiring, the machine sees it by itself, does not have to be "activated".

The screen shows the hole punch but the paper jams at the hole punch. Could this be because it is not activated in the service mode or should it work without being activated?

did you run the punch edge adjustment?
can you slide paper through smoothly by hand?
does 2 hole punch make a difference?

if punch selection is not greyed out or missing, the machine sees it.
did you run the latest FW yet?
