[Error Code] c4840 appear when I start copying in c6500

Hi Friends,
when I start a copy on c6500, machine start and after some time its displays c4840, I have done lots of thing like firmware upgrade, PRCB replaced but not able to fix the problem, can anyone face like this problem or you have solution.

Workaround/Fix
PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Firmware update required.
Install the latest firmware. Minimum Image firmware version 15 (for C-4840) or Controller version 12/Image version 15 (for C-4850). The latest firmware is available via One Stop Product Support.
Notes:
a. If the problem occurs while using an SD-501 (bizhub PRO C6500/C6500P only), install mimimum version 30-GCD for the Saddle Stitcher. C-4840 error code may also be indicated.
b. Please see the attached troubleshooting flowchart. Bulletin Number 5645 is also attached for additional reference.


2. The Overall Control Board has failed.
Replace the OACB (p/n A03U H010 5A).
IMPORTANT: The latest firmware should be installed before replacement of the OACB.

3. Incorrect initial settings.
Perform the following:
a. Depress "Utility".
b. Select "User setting".
c. Select "Initial setting".
d. Select "Copy Initial Setting".
e. Select "ADF" or select "1 g 1" on initial copy mode.
f. Press "OK".

4. The HD-506 has failed.
To confirm, disable the HD-506 by setting software dipswitch 2-0=0 (OFF). If the error does not occur and printing is possible, the HD-506 is faulty. Replace the HD-506 (Item #A03Y0Y0).
