Bizhub C35 Neutralizing brush location

Hello Techs,

I'd like to ask you where is the neutralizing brush located in the Bizhub C35 machine. The service manual refers to it, at the image quality problems section, but gives no information about its location. If you have the time please help.

Do you have second side transfer problems?

No, I keep getting prints with colored horizontal lines on them, and the service manual states at the 16.2.25 - 8th point: The resistance values between the neutralizing brush and the ground terminal is not infinite.- Check contact. Change neutralizing brush.

Here you go a sample of the problem. These lines appear randomly over the prints, not on every copy their frequency of appearance is variable. Dirty scanner glass has been ruled out, these bad prints come out even when I print out status pages or font lists, basicly on anything.

They're always after second transfer, can't see how that would be the problem though - never seen anything like that before.

all 3 colors are making lines.
can you try fresh firmware for both engine and printer?

The only firmware upgrade I have is for the Controller. If any of you guys have the engine firmware upgrade kit, I'd like to ask you to share it.
