    3351....copying on glass ADF...in color only vertical lines CYM..on copies. Latest firmware 30 copies...brand new ????

          "Lines of shame" is pretty funny. About 7-8 years ago we had to get someone a BizHub C350?? and we got to look silly for a few days until we figured out that failing to properly set the time or time zone would leave a big grey background looking box on every page out of the machine. I may have the model wrong but the "Box of shame" was real.

              Set date and time in Admin mode and service mode.
